highlights, if you have a darker color of hair and not a lot of gray. Actually if you knew how rare
natural blondes really are you would be surprised. There are not a whole lot of them in this world
over the age of 30. Something happens when our hormones change, our hair color changes with
them. Hair color seems to darken with each child we give birth to. If you were blonde as a child,
chances are those days are long gone, unless you get highlights.
Because you are not coloring all the hair, highlights add great dimension to the hair, but they do
not completely cover gray hair. Highlights can however, blend gray. If you have a lot of gray, you
may want to consider color and highlights. You can color your hair and cover your gray, either
your natural color or a little lighter and then add highlights on top of that to add dimension and
