ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete paperwork and
change into your robe. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to
cancel an appointment will result in a $25 charge. No shows are charges at full
value.
GRATUITIES
Tips are accepted at the reception desk; discrete envelopes are provided for all
therapists.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. There
will be a $35 fee for returned checks.
REQUIREMENTS
We accept clients of ages. Some services may require parental consent release
before services are rendered to anyone under the age of 18. To ensure relaxation
and confidentially, we ask that only those to whom services are provided accompany
our clients during services. We love children, however, we want you to relax and
enjoy your spa experience. We encourage you to make child care arrangements
prior to your arrival, as there are no childcare facilities available.
